FREE CSV and TXT Splitter

Hey everyone!

I’ve been looking for a really simple CSV or TXT file splitter for around 30 minutes… I thought there must be one out there that just does the job!

Turns out I had to look fairly extensively to find one that that literally does what it says on the tin.

So… I created my own very simple CSV, TXT file splitter.
